Contact support
Email [email protected] and we'll help you get Bellrise working. The button opens a pre-filled message in your mail app.
What to include
When contacting support, include:
- Your iPhone model
- Your iOS version
- The Bellrise version you are using
- Whether Alarm and Notification permissions are allowed
- The wake plan, nap, or setting involved
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened
Why didn't my alarm go off?
Bellrise needs Alarm permission to schedule wake-up plans, backup alarms, normal alarms, and nap timers. If alarms are not scheduling, open iOS Settings and confirm Bellrise is allowed to use alarms.
My reminders aren't showing up
Bellrise uses notifications only for temporary schedule reminders, such as skip tomorrow and one-day time changes. If reminders are not appearing, open iOS Settings and confirm Bellrise is allowed to send notifications.
How do temporary schedule reminders work?
When Bellrise sends a temporary schedule reminder, open Bellrise from the reminder so the app can apply or restore the relevant schedule change.
Does Bellrise need an internet connection?
No. Alarms, backup alarms, naps, and settings all work fully offline. Bellrise does not require an account or a network connection to do its job.
What iPhone and iOS do I need?
Bellrise is designed for iOS 26 or later and uses Apple alarm features that require supported iPhone software.
Still stuck?
If none of the above solves it, email [email protected] with the details listed above and we'll help.
